In this itty britty episode, I talk about a moment with my friends skipping rocks that had me realizing I needed to take a bigger look at my mindset in other areas of my life.

This week I explore the ideas that I've had recently about souls and why we are here. I compare what I've already been taught in a Mormon household growing up, to what I feel resonates now. I explore the idea of my soul watching my human life as a movie, already knowing what's going to happen because it's already been written and recorded. I share my experience with Reiki and my third eye being full of mud, as well as my belief that the earth has a soul just like humans have souls and the comparison between us having inhabitants (humans and animals on earth, or microbes and bacteria in humans).

I lost my voice on a girl's trip for my birthday, but I had to share my thoughts this week regarding the juxtaposition between wanting unconditional love but then feeling like it's too heavy once I receive it. I recite a poetic entry on my feelings, and contemplate that maybe life has already given me everything there is to offer. I review my list of things I wanted to call in during 2026, and revise it slightly.
