This concept of “Be scrappy” came up while I was at Podcast Movement. I was listening to a panel of large players, major directors, and owners in the podcast and radio space. They said sometimes you need to be scrappy in order to get things done.
This doesn’t mean you cut corners. Instead, you think outside the box.
Next time you face budget or timeline restrictions, find ways to get creative, be scrappy, and get things done, despite those roadblocks.
