Have you ever asked God a question about something, and He responds quickly and in amazing way?  Well, this was one of those times for me.

As I was quietly meditating on how difficult it was to focus on Him, because it doesn’t take much to redirect me to busy thinking, being still had cross my mind as I sat in a dark room with my eyes closed. We know, when we’re trying to focus on God, how hearing things can distract but even seeing can reveal things that distract us; I guess we can consider it as seeing noise. 

 Not completely sure of the exact question but I opened my eyes and He taught and gave me a life changing moment that was found in my heart.
