Be still and know that All is Well...

This powerful affirmation came to me just recently. And I love how it both points us back to the nowness of this moment (be still) and also into trusting that all is well. And so rather than reacting to external conditions, letting fear, worry, and doubt run us, we are wise to come back, become still and take on the feeling tone that all is well. Regardless of what we are facing... if we do this... miracles will happen. I invite you to join me.
