Today while I was meditating, I asked about what message I should share with you this week. The words Be Still and Know that I am God came into my mind. I've often meditated with this mantra and it's certainly my favorite scripture on meditation but today it felt like a divine message to reflect on what that really means. What does it mean to be still and know that I am God? What can you do to create more stillness in your life? Where have you been still (stopped worrying) and known God was prevailing in your life?
