Ps 46:10 tells us to be still and KNOW that He is God. Sometimes we just need to stop. In the midst of all the turmoil, it's important that we stop and refocus on Jesus. He is our peace, and as Isaiah 26:3 says, “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is fixed on You."
