God literally tells us what to do in times of trouble.

Be still.

It's hard to do in today's world, it's loud, there are lights everywhere, phones chiming and buzzing. 

It is hard to be still. 

It is not in my nature. 

It has to be intentional. 

Be still and know I am God. 

He's there for us, we just have to slow down enough to hear Him.
