This topic is about the culture of taking some time out to rest and come back stronger for God.  The topic aims to have a conversation with young Christian Creatives on the importance of staying hydrated to be able to give more. 

A lot of time as Christians, we want to keep going to the point where are not able to give our 100 per cent to what God has called us to be. We are called to follow God's example and on the 7th day, God rested.
