Lesson 188: Be Strong For Your Team

When you are the point person, the leader of a team, you have to be strong for the team. The team relies on you to be there for them when they need support. If you are not strong enough for yourself with more in the tank, do not be surprised if the team crumbles. Forget the weakest link, it's on you. Lead with grace and strength.
