You gotta be your best and fuck the rest.  If you're doing everything in your power to be the best version of yourself who cares what people say to you.  Ignore them. If they're not coming to you with something positive, ignore them. If you're busting your ass trying to get out of being broke and make a better life for yourself.... If you're doing everything you can to make a difference in your health.  Your family.
