Whew, these past two weeks...😅 Let me start by acknowledging the beauty in seeing unity in America and even in different countries as people stand up and speak out against racism and injustice. During this time where Covid seemed to be taking over and we are still recovering from the shock of this pandemic in our nation, having to then see the disheartening and devastating reality that racism is still very much a problem in America only added to the heaviness of this season. As I was struggling and reflecting on my response and dealing with some things spiritually that were a result of both my lack and the conditions of the world, I was reminded that I was feeding myself the wrong things which led to me being spiritually backed up. I had to intentionally run to my heavenly Father again and again and again. This time has proven how much we need God and the need for us to be a reflection of His LOVE in the world! As I ran to God, He reminded that we all have a role to play in bringing about change. I pray you are encouraged as I share how we can be the change in this fallen world by educating ourselves, taking action, and spreading the LOVE of our Heavenly Father to ALL.
