Good leaders lead and teach by example. Our words carry a lot more weight if our lives line up with and back what we are saying. The greatest advertisement for Christianity today is the sincere lived out Christian life of believers. Words of can be a major help to those around us. People will accept when you say the hard things if they can tell you are saying them out of love and not judgement.
