In this episode we have three pieces of social media content with the common theme of BEING AUTHENTICALLY YOU and accepting that in expressing authentically, some people won’t be able to take it… but that does not mean you are wrong. In honoring our truth, and expressing that, we allow the correct people for us to connect with us, and we weave out the ones who do not.  

As humans, it is natural for us to desire connection. It is natural for some people to be afraid of rejection. However, when you experience the release of a connection or the rejection you once feared, you realize that there is truly nothing to fear at all. Yes, breakups and endings may be painful, but they are often a necessary part of your experience and evolution.
