BE UNAPOLOGETIC BE YOU

Let’s talk about it!! Questions need to be answered. Perspectives need to be shared. We’ve gone on so long knowing that there are disconnections that have occurred between black men & black women. What is it though? Is it lack of respect? Lack of understanding? Belief in stereotypes? All the above? Well, it should be addressed and I’m here to open up my perspective about it. Enjoy.

Check in with me as I discuss what it means to be a woman who has felt undervalued and/or underestimated at some point in life! While also suggesting ways in which we can change our mindset and attitudes towards these things. Are the odds really STILL stacked against us? Or is it just a mindset now? Let’s talk about it!

What does it take for you to find inner peace? We live in such a crazy world during such crazy times but how are we managing that? Are you letting negative things in life ruin your happiness and peace of mind? Or are you actively seeking and engaging in the things that promote more positive energy? Listen here, as I briefly discuss my journey and the things I do in order to get back to being ME. It’s a process... it’s a journey.. but one thing is for sure.. I’m in a much better mental space than I’ve been in awhile and I’m definitely starting to feel like myself again!
