Do you need a compliment? How about a coffee? What about a hug or someone to listen and understand?

Do you wish people would lead well, show up & be kind?

Its time to BE what you need. Be the mentor you never had, be the one to fill the void you see glaring at you. Rise up and fill space that is calling your name. 

We can't control what others choose to do but we can control what we choose to do so today I challenge you to be what you need.
