I wanted to share a few thoughts about one of my clients today. Big, accomplished business, yet the person at the top had NO idea about some basic business requirements. And for the longest time he felt that he knew better than I did. Thankfully, I was able to change his mind, and now his staff love him all the more for it.  

Lucky for him, he was willing to admit he may have been wrong. If you want to see success, you have to be willing to admit that maybe you don't know what you're talking about all of the time. Check it out!
