From his website www.dawgculture.com : "Michael D. Hill, better known as "Gunny", founded DAWG Culture, LLC in January 2018. Diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma, in 2011, at the age of 25, Mike credits his Desire to live, his positive Attitude during chemotherapy, his Will to fight and conquer, and his decision to embrace the Grind through the pain and suffering, as the reason he is still with us today!
After going through such a horrendous experience, and DAWG'N it, Mike decided that the world deserves to know that hearing you have cancer isn't the end all/be all. Mike was told to start living his bucket list because there was nothing else the doctors could do for him, and here he is years later CANCER FREE and walking in his purpose."
