Are you a worrier? I use to be, but no longer am. 
 Why ? Faith. Do you have faith? Where did I get it? Definitely not at a store or online shopping. Did you know that worrying can literally make some sick?  Some may think that I don't have feelings, but I do. I would do anything in my humanly power to help someone. I live in the now, not in the past and definitely not in the future.  Praying can help some worry less and for me it gets me through the day.  Hopefully this episode will help you worry less and pray more.  Pray for peace.
