This is a selection of Biblical versus mentioning the requirement of the church to separate from the world. Most Christians are of course, well-aware of this doctrine but pass it off as just one more thing Christ was either wrong about or exaggerated the importance of. Nevertheless, the passages are quoted here in the hopes that some might see Jesus did mean what he said and did expect us to take his words seriously.
