Have you ever had an “a-ha” moment that forced you to take control over your life? Maybe it came from a failed relationship, a swerve in your career path, or a life-or-death medical emergency. Whatever the catalyst may be, it's so important that we use these moments for growth and view them for what they are: blessings in disguise.
Today, I welcome my good friend Sadie Hershewe. Sadie is a mother, an entrepreneur, an overcomer, and an eternal optimist. She’s a person I often look to for uplift, empowerment and encouragement, and she has an incredible habit of always wanting to leave things better than when she found them.
Sadie shares with us her story of a scary medical diagnosis, the toll it was taking on her, and how she grew to overcome it and reclaim her life. Though she initially struggled with her autoimmune issues, Sadie put her research-oriented brain to work and came out stronger and wiser.
Tune in and listen to episode three of Cope and Land. Join Sadie and me as we discuss overcoming the mentality of being a victim, being your own advocate, and living life for yourself. Find out how Sadie’s whole world changed when she started setting boundaries.
