I'm going to guess for most of us it's the shame and blame game, we have become experts at self abandonment and self annihilation.

Today I'm exploring the roots of our negativity towards ourselves and what effect it has on our mental health.

Spoiler alert - it's not good.

We then take a dive into the heart of self compassion, doing a complete 180 and learning a simple and effective tool for everyday - multiple times a day- use.
