In this episode I talk about my boozy week as well as some updates on my move and life in general. I go into the topic of being your own first choice and never settling for less than that and telling my own personal stories with it. I bring in the discussion of whether exes can be friends and having friends with benefits, having gone through it recently myself. I'm always going to be honest with you guys, my life is not perfect and I don't want it to be. Sometimes I may disclose too much. But if you get something out of this episode I hope it's this: you are worth more than what you are giving to someone who can barely even meet you halfway and if you're putting in all the time and effort, they're not it.
