Our guest today "Mike Moll" is a Marketing Coach who works with business owners to help increase their value and pricing, while decreasing their working hours. He is also founder of a niche marketing agency, a consulting firm and host of the Market Me podcast.
Driven by his passion to help other entrepreneurs, Mike launched a coaching program in 2020 that focuses on product development, pricing, sales and marketing
In this episode we have a chat about:
-His journey into marketing and finding g out how not to start a business.
-"What I found out with marketing is that, while everybody was trying to the piece over, the puzzle was already in my head".
-Find all the things that gives you stress and anxiety and group then together.
-People get shiny object syndrome and that is the killer.
-If you are not focused, then you will spend way too much time and energy.
-People want what's new and sexy, they don't want the boring.
-At the end of the day, if you are going to invest money in marketing, there is a compounding negative effect of things that don't go well.
-Cash flow issues are not a good issue for business.
-Be honest with yourself about what you suck at.
-Take the ego out of it, you don't have to be the best.
