For my 40th birthday I decided to make a list of 40 things I wanted to experience. Some would be things I've never done, others things that I love but don't get the chance to do often enough.

I created a Facebook group around this topic called BE40 where I and others shared these experiences. I thought that I should have all of my thoughts in one place, so as my last act of the 40, I held a Facebook Live to review my year as a 40 year old accomplishing the items on my list.
