Oleg Lougheed's start in life was inauspicious. At 9 years old, he relinquished his parents' rights and entered the Russian orphanage. At 12 years old, he decided to be adopted into a new family, in a new country, halfway across the world, to start a new life. At 24 years old, he began his journey of helping others live the life they have always dreamed of, despite their hardships and misfortunes by allowing them to recognize the uniqueness and worth within their own story.

Since his childhood was not as easy as most of us he took these challenges as learning curves and started an organisation called "Overcoming Odds" to help others over come their challenges and to provide them the support he missed while he was growing up.

He has learnt from his challenges. He says that the challenges dont stop they get greater as you pursuit it and go from one level to the next but the important thing to always remember is "WHY DID I START THIS TO BEGIN WITH".

Many times people come to a point in business where they need to decide whether I want to stay in business or do I put myself out of business.

Thats where one needs to get grounded and understand "why did they start it to begin with?"
