New favorite Christian romance with a beach-type setting.

This first book by author Mary Beth Davis is attention grabbing from the first page. Everyone of us has probably been heart broken at some time, but few have been broken up with the night before the wedding. All of these problems are handled in a respectful way with deep soul-searching and the plot carries us through to the next problem without bogging down. While I am reading, I feel like I have been in this setting before including the friendly people she meets.and the beach life environment with small sea shell shops and fishnet decor on the walls. Now I think I know what it would be like to actually live there and not just visit. Throughout the narrative, Ms. Davis inserts Christian references from the Bible where it is appropriate with the plot. I love the way the two main characters give themselves time to get to know each other even though there is a definite attraction. I know i can recommend this book to all of my friends and gladly add to my book shelf.
