In this R-rated homage to Hitchcock's The Birds, the world's bird population, or more precisely it's pigeon population, has inexplicably gone mad and it's up to two intrepid reporters to figure out what's going on. Considering one of them spends time talking to his genitals, we are clearly doomed and should just accept our avian overlords.
