MY WHY:
I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. Currently I have a full time job working with children and a busy schedule. I enjoy doing this on the side, to help anyone find an ease in cooking.
I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life.

This week we are making Bean Sprout Soup 🥣
This is one of our favorite soups for the fall.
Sit back and relax, I have all the details right here for you! 🤓
Here's the recipe incorporating the ingredients & instructions:
Ingredients:
- Buy fresh from a local farmer 🚜whenever you can
- 1 bag of bean sprouts
- Diced up carrots
- Diced up celery
- Vegetable or Chicken broth
- Handful or more of kale
- Garlic (fresh crushed if possible)
- Red and Green onions diced up
- Broccoli and Cauliflower ends diced up
Instructions:
1. Saute your garlic and red onions in olive oil
2. Add in your bean sprouts 3 min
3. Add carrots, celery, green onions, kale, broccoli, and cauliflower (3 min between each)
4. Add in a cup or two of broth
5. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes
6. ENJOY!! So Delicious! 🙂
