Beange, the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) builder that broke the world record, sets eyes on cargo, manned transportation, and an aviation lifestyle. 
 
Yao Zhang, Founder of Beange, graduated from Sciences Po with a master's degree in Political Science and Government and worked as a researcher at a think tank in France before diving back into his childhood dream of building aircraft. 

For five years, Yao received no income nor institutional funding and focused on one thing - product development. In 2019, the vertical takeoff and landing model he designed broke the world record for its longest electric endurance.
