While Franklin is left to his own devices in the basement, he inadvertently brings his toy bear Harold to life with a jar of magic honey. After years go by, the two decide that another toy bear friend would make things even better. Once Binky joins the group, things take a turn for the worse, as bear after bear are brought to life. Can Franklin keep his parents from finding out about the magic honey? Will the army of bears pull off a sudden shift to plans of world domination?
