Oftentimes we feel as though we are so far disconnected from God’s love until we drift further from Him; However, that is not so; God knows the heart and spirit of each person, and he knows your sin-nature and still loves you with an everlasting love. Therefore, remember that as long as we live and breathe, there is an opportunity to be restored and redeemed back to Him.
It is easier to go through pain and trauma when you have support or someone you can lean on for prayer and guidance. Jesus mandated all Christians to be the load bearer, prayer partner, or teacher needed in a person’s life. Bearing and Sharing burdens does not mean we condone their lifestyle or we support their decisions to hurt their relationship with the people in their lives or God; it is our job to provide helpful guidance and mentorship in a way that exhibits love and compassion with a lot of personal prayers and fasting for their souls and restoration.
Can we hold back our personal views and feelings in order to help bring a person back into restoration with themselves and God? Or do our feelings and emotions get in the way of still loving them when they need to be loved the most?
