It’s easy to fall into the trap of procrastinating things that need to be done. Even when we know better. But why do we do this to ourselves and how can we stop it?

In this week’s episode Marsha will talk about the procrastination trap, the drives that cause us to procrastinate from the fear of failure, to perfectionism getting in the way and stopping any progress.

Procrastination causes stress and anxiety when we need to rush to get things done, and often do lower quality work.

But with a bit of understanding of our motivations and a few gey methods we can take control of our decision making and create habits to fight procrastination.
