Karel “Relavant Beats” Foy is a Hip Hop music producer based out of Brentwood, New York. He has provided beats for some of our favorite artists such as Skyzoo, Sadat X, Livin Proof, Chi-Ali, Maffew Ragazino, and many more. He has also lent his production skills to television networks like Vh1, Dish Network, Oxygen and BET. Right now he has a project with Twizzi called Fallen EP.
