This episode is a bit different! I typically do an interview with each guest before we record. Well, Ashley and I just went with a free flow recording.  Ashley was a previous employee of mine back in my dental days and she was excited to "have a healing conversation." And frankly, me too! I recruited Ashley from the tanning salon I went to in Seattle because her attitude and customer service was so good ya'll! We quickly became friends and have remained connected through the years since meeting in 2014. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching her blossom into a fabulous woman and boss babe! (I know, I know... the term is overused but she is the definition of it! :) I'm not an envious gal but damn I want her hair!

I adore this woman. Ashley is humble and down-to-earth. She is insightful, genuine, caring, resilient, authentic, goofy, determined, and a gift in human form to anyone who meets her. She offers 1-on-1 consults for others who are interested in started in the sunless tanning industry. She took her business to a 6-figure business in the first year. She just opened her first studio location as well!
