My Beautiful YOU guest this week is Kimberly Haynes. Kimberly is an award-winning musician living in the USA. She has a passion to use her gift of music to bring healing to those in need of it. Today she coaches, creates her music and is wife and mom to two boys as the Music Medicine Woman.
Kimberly has recovered from extreme life challenges including a methamphetamine addiction which was leading her down a path of death. She had to reconnect with what she loved. She had completely forgotten who she was. She believes pain is a part of life. Suffering is where we have a choice. Do we choose to suffer or not?
Kimberly asked herself what’s the doorway that I can walk through to become the best version of myself. This was her music. She chose to reach up so she could bring healing to her life and the world around her. By grounding herself and getting in touch with her creative self the consequences of her life were lessened by the choices she has made.
