We are back with another episode from the Struggling in the Skirt series! This week features Sistah Mighty, who is another dynamic woman of God. In this episode, Deveta "Sistah Mighty" Dowling shares her testimony about how she became ill in 2018. Unfortunately, illness allowed her face to become disfigured which greatly impacted her faith and her self-esteem. Within this testimony, she expresses how God had to strip her of other spiritual illnesses such as pride and being self-righteous. Deveta shows us how important it is to hold on to God when we are faced with illnesses. She hopes that this testimony will help REEL ONES who may be struggling with an illness and low self-esteem.
