There's a lot of power in acknowledging and allowing for your natural processes. And part of that means falling apart sometimes.

And that's OK.

In fact, it's better than OK.

It's necessary for growth and evolution.

Falling apart or breaking down is not a sign of weakness, it's a sign that you're ready to let go and GROW.

There's beauty in the breakdown.
