We had the opportunity to speak with Mandy Coffee. Mandy is a digital entrepreneur and joyful full figured model based in Arizona. As a single mom to 3 young kids, she dedicates her social media platforms to spreading positivity in hopes of leaving the world that she raises her kids in a better place.
