I’m back from my Light Body seminar with great energies and insights to share. One is that we are all operating with certain frequencies running in the background, our Base Frequencies, that may or may not be creating our best self. These frequencies, or energies, might be things like guilt or shame, chronic anger, or “why-me-isms”. But what if we could learn to resonate with higher frequencies like Beauty Joy and Love? What if they became our fundamental resonance that we carry forward into all our interactions, our most private moments and our work or purpose? We explore these ideas in this episode. We also revisit the complete breath and rhythmic breathing.
