In this episode, John answers a listener's question regarding whether or not she has the right to monitor her 12-year-old son's cell phone communications. John details his thoughts on children and cell phone usage/ownership and says that parents definitely have a right to monitor their child's cell phone communications should they choose to buy one for them.  

In the second segment, a listener seeks his advise concerning her daughter's anxiety issues. While John does not advise against seeking a professional evaluation, he does offer a solution that may make this behavior a distant memory.
