For Tyler, it all started with the phrase, "Money doesn't grow on trees." If you dig a little deeper it really means there is a lot of value in the things we see everyday. You see, Life happens all the time and many of the unexpected things that happen can be debilitating to our finances. That caused Tyler to start thinking, “well, how can I earn more?” So, Tyler stopped climbing the corporate ladder and made his objectives clear.
You can create great wealth with anything if you have the right mindset and skills to acquire it. Tyler started out in single family homes, then started buying and flipping. He kept learning and dove head first into commercial and then syndication. Those were the first seeds and where Tyler saw becoming financially secure. It was a head knowledge type of thing. An investment in mindset allowed him to transform fundamentally as an individual.
Every one of us has the potential to become a millionaire, but it doesn't just happen. You have to set goals and the steps to be the person who will achieve your goals. That key investment of mindset cannot be replaced with anything else. The harder you work, the luckier you get. No one says it better and has lived it like Tyler.
