I don't know how I should feel about this episode as the idea of recording it came out pretty late at night. This episode was chaotic as I didn't just talk about mental health, but also chatted about a personal story that happened to me a few months ago. I tried to reflect on how I felt at certain times and what I should change if it happens again in the future. It takes so much energy to take good care of yourself mentally and physically, so controlling your mind is something that requires a lot of patience and focus.
