Becoming a Legend in the Kitchen

To some men, the kitchen is a place of myth and mystery.  It is my goal today to get you into the kitchen and help you make meals that are amazing.  Cooking really does not have to be hard to do, you just half to get in there and try.  By following the steps that I laid out for you, in the show, I can help you be a legend in the kitchen.
I am going to help you, not just cook better, but to declutter the kitchen as well.  Having too many gadgets can make cooking harder.  Getting some kind of order in your kitchen will help you cooker faster which will make you more likely to cook more.  Below are the recipes that I talked about in the show to give you the opportunity to write them down.

There were not any sources used in the making of the show.

Recipes from the show:
Garlic toast and Egg:

* Loaf Bread

* Garlic
* Paprika
* Butter


* Egg

Spread butter on the toast along with sprinkling garlic powder and paprika ontop.  Put these into the oven and toast until done.
In the mean time, fry your egg.  Once finished put your egg ontop of the toast and break the yoke.
Hashbrowns:

* Potato
* oil
* salt and pepper

Skin your potato and grate it into a dish cloth.  Pick up your dish cloth and ring out the moisture in the potato.  Heat up your oil in the skillet and cook the potato until browned.  Flip once and serve when crispy.
Fish Tacos:

* Fish or shrimp

* Salt and Pepper
* Paprika
* 1 part Garlic Powder
* 2 parts Paprika Powder
* 1 part Cumin Powder
* 1/2 part Cayenne Powder


* Cabbage Slaw

* 1 cabbage
* 1 cup cilantro
* 1 garlic clove
* 3 tbsp white distilled vinegar
* salt
* 2 tsp sugar


* Lime Sauce

* 1/3 cup mayo
* juice from a lime
* zest from a lime
* Salt



Burgers:

* 80/20 beef
* Paprika Powder
* Garlic Powder
* Onion Powder
* Oregano
* Parsley
* Salt and Pepper
* Egg
* Panko

Patty out the burgers thin and grill.
Slow Cooker BBQ:

* Shoulder or butt
* Garlic
* Onion
* Paprika
* BBQ sauce

Place in the slow cooker for 9 hours.  Once finished shred with a fork.
Pico-de-giao:

* 3 parts tomato
* 1 part red onion
* cilantro
* jalapano
* lime juice
* lime zest

Let it sit overnight so that the juices mixes.
Guac:

* 4 parts Avacado
* 1 part cilantro
* Red onion
* Juice from 1 lime
* Jalapano
* Salt

Start by blending together avocado and slowly add the rest of ingridance until it taste like you want it to.
