Before Rachel Beider walked into her shift as a cocktail waitress, she was feeling tired. She tried to shake it off and tell herself it’d be fine, but 15 minutes in, 50 drunk Santas walked in for another round of drinks. Rachel looked around the room, burst into tears, and took a moment in the bathroom before she walked back out and quit.
