Polyana Lago is a 3rd degree BJJ Black Belt from Brazil, living and teaching in the United Arab Emirates for the last decade. With an incredible record of 5 World Titles and 4 time Brazilian Champion, she brought her knowledge in BJJ and Physical Education and created an environment in the Middle East where women were empowered and taught the art to equal professionalism and heights as men. Today she teaches and works out of Ras Al Khaimah and continues to share the gift of Jiu Jitsu.
