In this week's episode, I talked with Ryan Coye. He became the Clinical Director of SPEAR’S New York City Midtown – Plaza Hotel location in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. We discussed the difficulties of navigating the pandemic, the responsibilities of being a clinic director, hiring and firing employees, and learning to lead a clinic.
Ryan earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University. During his time there, Ryan served as Co-President of his class and was inducted into the Alpha Eta National Honor Society for academic excellence among allied health professionals. Before attending graduate school, Ryan received his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Binghamton University.
