Our guest this week is one of our judges for our Masterpiece photo challenge,  Ulrich Grill. Ulrich is a jack of all trades and a leader in the photography world, let alone a talented photographer himself who started shooting action sports. He is the founder of zooom productions, COOPH, and most recently, Red Bull Illume, known as “the world's greatest adventure and action sports imagery contest.”

We talk about the importance of finding your creative niche, and how that allowed him to craft a truly unique career path that marries all of his passions - sports, marketing/communications, and photography.
