On this episode I sit down with my friend Paul McCary. Paul is the owner of Limitless Training Centre in Windsor, Ontario and has a great story that I am excited to share with you. Paul suffered a spinal cord injury following a hit in a football game that left him paralyzed and in a wheelchair. During this conversation we talk about his story from being told he won't walk again to ditching the wheelchair and opening his own business.
