I believe resilience is a muscle that you exercise, and it gets stretched through every challenge we face.  Resilience is not something you attain overnight.  It is a process.  On this podcast you’ll hear personal experiences, and we’ll share encouragement to help you on your journey.  When cancer showed up and shook my world I learned some lessons that have changed the way I see and live in this world.  I was determined to bounce back, and I want that for you too.  We’re in this thing together and together is better when becoming resilient.
