Meet Tayler Jordan:

I'm certain I came out of my mother’s womb with a love for fitness. I played sports throughout high school and was definitely the “odd ball” who packed her healthy lunch each day. I went to the University of Southern Mississippi where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Performance with a Major in Exercise Science. After college, I pursued my career as an IFBB Pro Bikini Competitor in Tampa, FL. 

I have been a group fitness instructor and personal trainer since 2011. I currently live in Nashville, TN and my passion for fitness is ignited more than ever before. My heart is to equip and encourage you to steward your body well so that you can be and do all that you were created for!
